Midas Group is delighted to announce a raft of strategic promotions
across Midas UK and Midas US as the company enjoys new growth in
all its sectors.

In the UK, Amelia Knight is promoted to Managing Director. Jason Bartholomew CEO of Midas Group says of the promotion, ‘Amelia’s promotion is thoroughly deserved. In over 20 years at Midas, she has worked across our biggest authors and accounts — including, The London Book Fair, the Booksellers Association, Private Eye and the FT, to OUP, Bloomsbury, Profile Books and Little Brown. She has proven herself exceptional at inspiring and managing staff, winning new business, and maintaining deep client loyalty — all underpinned by a sharp understanding of the business. In the past 12 months alone, she has navigated significant team transitions with skill, while driving financial growth, winning new business and deepening ties with our clients. Amelia is a natural entrepreneur, and her strategic thinking, professionalism and institutional knowledge of Midas have been invaluable to me.’

Amelia Knight commented: ‘Twenty-one years after joining Midas as a publicist, it truly feels like a coming-of-age moment as I take on this new role. I’m so proud of the incredible team of comms professionals at Midas, they are the best in the business, and a dream to work with. I’m grateful to Jason for his inspirational leadership and for this exciting opportunity to help take Midas to our next stage of growth.’

Georgina Moore takes on a new role at Midas as Executive Director, so that her focus can fully be on working with authors and
publishers, prioritising account leadership and bringing in new authors for Midas to promote globally. ‘I am finding that my unique double role in the industry as author and publicist gives me a helpful empathy with authors and understanding of what they are looking for in their campaign communication and results, and an overview of the industry that is truly one of a kind. I have connections across the industry that can help our authors and the Midas team is brilliant at delivering strategic campaigns with impeccable author care for big name authors like Philip Pullman, Patricia Cornwell and Lucy Foley but also for smaller presses and newer names too. It’s great that Jason had allowed me to fashion a role that plays to my strengths.’

In further Midas UK news, Anna Zanetti is promoted to Associate Director in acknowledgement of her exceptional campaign work and leadership across trade and non-fiction accounts like The London Book Fair, Bookshop.org, OUP and her PPC award shortlisted book campaign for God: The Science, The Evidence. Also at Midas UK, Madison Sotos is promoted to Account Manager, for her work as part of the teams on key clients like The Women’s Prize, Affordable Art Fair and The Folio Society.

In Midas US news, Katharine Myers, previously Deputy MD, becomes COO. Officially launched in August 2024 Midas US has
rocketed in growth and is hotly in demand. Katharine has earned plaudits for her work in the US from publishers like PRH,
HarperCollins, Hachette, S & S, Regalo, Author’s Equity and literary agents from WME, Aevitas, Inkwell and more. Jason Bartholomew said of the promotion, ‘It had long been a dream of mine to launch Midas in my homeland, and Katharine has made that dream come true with so much hard-work and the impeccable delivery of campaigns, helping to build an amazing reputation in such a short space of time.’

Anya Silverman-Stoloff in Katharine’s team is promoted to Publicity Manager in acknowledgement of her amazing campaign
work and all she has done to help Katharine grow Midas US.

And to further help Midas US with their meteoric growth, Kyle Radler will be joining the team as Director of Publicity. Katharine
Myers said of the appointment: ‘I am thrilled that Kyle had agreed to join us at Midas US. He has impeccable credentials as a book publicist after his time at Scribner and then Norton. He will be instrumental in helping me to further grow Midas US as agents and publishers all admire his work.’

The promotions come as Midas is named one of PR Week’s Top 150 – Bubbling Under agencies for 2026.
