The Brief

Policy Press recruited us to lead the PR campaign for Embracing Uncertainty by acclaimed business author Margaret Heffernan. Our objective was to position the book within conversations on creativity, culture, technology and the arts, securing reviews, interviews, feature coverage and speaking opportunities across national media.

The Work

We developed a media strategy spanning national print, radio, digital and podcast outlets, alongside academic and business outreach. We built a strong proof list, capitalising on Margaret's network for early interest. We centred messaging on the book's ideas around AI, creative practice, arts education and uncertainty. We introduced the author to high-profile thinkers for collaboration opportunities and secured festival and speaking slots, sustaining momentum despite AI oversaturation and a shrinking book review landscape.

The Results

We delivered national radio, press and digital coverage, alongside further placements with major titles. We facilitated new industry relationships and secured speaking engagements across business, culture and education sectors.
